Jackson Walters

I'm a mathematician and computer programmer.

I received a math PhD from Boston University (2019) where I taught and did research related to the geometry of networks and factorization algebras.

I develop open-source software in Python, Rust, C, MATLAB, PHP, SQL.

My projects range from lattice-based cryptography to computational algebra. I maintain open projects in web/app development, natural language processing, and machine learning. I contribute to SageMath on representations of the symmetric group over finite fields and number fields [code, paper].

I'm a certified machine learning professional, and hold various minor certifications in finance, law, and programming.
